SUMMARY OF ACCIDENT:
At approximately 3:00 p.m. Mr. Kim found Mr. Carson lying unconscious in the East Stairwell on the 3rd floor of the main production facility. Mr. Kim immediately began administering CPR and checking Mr. Carson for other injuries. Soon afterwards Mr. Carson began breathing on his own and started to recover. Mr. Kim called for help and an ambulance was called. At hospital. Mr. Carson was treated for a large cut on his forehead and placed under observation for the night. Mr. Carson informed Mr. Kim on the way to the hospital that he had slipped on the stairs and hit his head. He also told Mr Kim that he had noticed a week ago that the stairs were slippery because of some leaking, but hadn't bothered to tell anyone. Mr. Carson will make a full recovery. |
